SHIPPING POLICY

At Opaline, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We offer both standard and express shipping via reputable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and package weight, and customers can view these costs before completing their purchase. Currently, Opaline ships within the United States only, and international shipping is not available. Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of their delivery.

Delivery Issues?

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

Opaline does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Opaline accepts returns and exchanges for items damaged or defective upon receipt, provided customers notify Opaline within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact Opaline at sales@opalineus.com with their order number and issue details, and further instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by Opaline, with customers receiving a prepaid shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Opaline will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the customer's preference. However, for hygiene reasons, Opaline does not accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or unpackaged items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
